The Global Approach
This is the preferred option for most of our clients. It is a fully integrated initiative designed to significantly improve business performance while enabling client organizations to acquire skills and tools to continually improve on their own. It considers and addresses the interdependencies of various departments, and can be applied across the entire facility or prototyped at specific locations before being rolled out. In this approach Phoenix provides training, facilitation, know how, and manpower to drive results.
Specific Support
Many smaller companies are looking for issue-specific solutions instead of a more comprehensive approach. For these companies we offer a number of tools that can be customized and implemented to address specific problems or opportunities. However, care must be taken when building these programs to ensure that their scope is broad enough to encompass the operating variables that can affect the outcomes. Otherwise, an organization may wind up with independent pockets of excellence that don’t work together to optimize overall business performance.
Specific Methodology
Some companies have predetermined that they want to develop such initiatives as a TS/ISO qualification, Six Sigma, or Lean Methodologies within their organizations without employing additional resources for implementation. For these companies we will provide educational training and facilitation services to help them on their own.
For other companies who have already embarked on an initiative and are looking for an outside resource to audit their program we can review, improve, and help accelerate ongoing initiatives.
